Shipping policy

• Processing time: All orders are packaged and sent within within 72 hours after order confirmation. Some items are created at the after the order is placed and usually take 10-14 business days (unforeseen circumstances can cause this time frame to be longer), those items have that information noted in their description.

• Shipping time: Shipping times differ depending on the institution as well as the shipping method. Most orders receive tracking numbers once they're shipped.
• Split Ship: Some orders may have multiple items and those item will be shipped separately. They will receive their own tracking numbers and the customer will receive email notifications when any item is shipped.
