Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and we are at fault, you may exchange it for another item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items that are created after your order is placed cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded as they were created specifically for you.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
All returned items must be in new/unused condition and inside the original packaging. We cannot refund you if the item is not in the original packaging.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Prior to returning any order you must first contact us and we will instruct you on return details.
